Specific SEM Implementations Our consultants bring
to the customer access to a pool of experience not available elsewhere. With
over 20 implementations of the Oracle OFSA™ suite of products worldwide we can rightly claim to have more
experience implementing Oracle Financial Services Applications (OFSA)
solutions to large banks than anyone outside of Oracle themselves. Our
consultants are regularly updated with the latest releases of vendor products
to ensure that our customers receive the best advice available. Our partnership with
Oracle has grown from an earlier relationship with Treasury Services
Corporation (TSC) the original owners of what is now the OFSA suite of
products. We have consultants who specialize in the delivery of all the OFSA
modules including Transfer Pricing, Performance Analyzer, Risk Manager and
Budgeting & Planning, providing advice not only on how to use the
application, but also assistance in the design and implementation of business
methods and policies which underpin the technology. Our specialist
consultants have worked in the banking and finance industry for years in
areas such as Asset Liability Management, Credit Risk Management, Management
Accounting, Marketing, IT and MIS. In fact our partners have occupied senior
positions in most of these areas and have participated in implementations of
not only OFSA but also SAP and Peoplesoft Strategic Enterprise Management
solutions as well. Management
and Technology Consulting We provide consulting services to advise clients
on how best to leverage technology to implement best practice management
techniques and methodologies. Our consultants have vast experience in
implementing management information systems. We differentiate ourselves from our competition
because we are not simply management accountants for hire but rather bring to
the table a range of skills and backgrounds in Treasury, MIS, IT, Finance,
Product Development and Special Projects. CamArch can provide senior project managers and
directors to customers using our own in-house project management office. We
have successfully assisted many clients in the development of new processes
and products from inception through options analysis to implementation and
beyond. One of our flagship services is the provision of
customer education via workshops and seminars. We
partner with customers to facilitate a forum where customers meet and discuss
the issues they are confronted with and assist in the brainstorming and
analytical process to help an organization make strategic and tactical
decisions. Optimal decisions are crucial to successful projects and we help
customers make these decisions using proven forums to do so. Our seminars are designed to provide customers
with information on the most up to date methods and policies used in the
industry vertical they occupy. Emerging technologies and ideas are another
facet of improvement and we strive to ensure that our customers are well
positioned to make the best use of available tools. Custom development for customers is another area
where we provide assistance. Our clients often want to employ the most up to
date management theories and hypotheses but cannot find an off the shelf
product which enables this. Our consulting developers are not programmers who
know a bit of business but rather are business people who know how to code.
Of course we have specialist technologists who advise on these projects too
but the people driving the development are business people with business
solutions in mind. We also develop
advanced add-ons to vendor solutions. Our BP*Extra product is a good example
of this. BP*Extra was designed to greatly enhance the functionality of the
Oracle Budgeting and Planning product (a cashflow forecasting tool for the
banking industry). Rather than reinvent the wheel our aim with the add-on
range of products is to take a good product and make it better. |
